User-Uploaded Images: When you use the App, we collect images of spaces (e.g., rooms, landscapes) that you upload or capture through the App to generate AI-based redesigns.
Generated Design Outputs: We process the images you submit to create redesign outputs, including modified images, layouts, color schemes, or other design elements. These generated design outputs are stored indefinitely to provide you with the App's services.
Device Identifiers: We collect device identifiers (e.g., device ID, IP address) for analytics and debugging purposes.
Usage Data: We collect non-personal information about how you interact with the App, such as feature usage and session duration, to improve our services.
We do not collect any other personal or sensitive user information unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., during support interactions).

Use of Information

- Generate AI-based redesign outputs from the images you submit.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s services and user experience.

We do not share your data with third parties except for the following services that support the App’s functionality:

AI Processing Partners: We may use third-party AI processing services to generate redesign outputs. These partners only process your images as necessary to provide the App’s services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure cloud storage, to protect your images, design outputs, and other data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain user-uploaded images, generated design outputs, and device identifiers indefinitely to provide and improve the App’s services. To request deletion of your data, please contact us at support@insidedesignai.com. We will process deletion requests promptly, except where retention is required by law.

User Rights
As we do not collect personal information beyond device identifiers and user-submitted content, we do not provide options to access or correct personal data. You may request deletion of your data as described above.

Age Restrictions
